Building a Conversion-Focused Email Funnel Through Strategic Design
This project focuses on designing a conversion-oriented email marketing framework for a B2B online printing service, inspired by eprintfast.com, a real-world B2B brand.
Rather than executing campaigns through an ESP, the goal was to design performance-ready email assets that align with CRM best practices — prioritizing clarity, trust, and conversion across the customer journey.
This project demonstrates how email design decisions directly influence user behaviour, especially in high-consideration B2B environments.

B2B customers don’t convert because emails look good.
They convert when emails reduce uncertainty, build trust, and guide action clearly.
For an online printing business, where customers can’t physically touch the product, visual clarity and hierarchy become critical conversion drivers.
